It's essential that our covers are put to the test. We need to know that our customers are entirely satisfied with our products, or if any improvements can be made. 

When Caravan Magazine's Creative and Print Manager, Kim Hampson got in touch and explained he needed a full cover to protect his caravan and was happy to put it through it's paces, we were delighted to provide a cover for his Sterling Eccles Moonstone. As a long-time caravanner, we knew Kim and his wife would give us honest feedback!

Specialised Covers: What product/s did you purchase and what have you covered?
Kim: A caravan cover for our 2008 Sterling Eccles.

Specialised Covers: What was the main reason for your purchase? 
Kim: We keep the van parked on the drive and we wanted to protect it from the elements when not in use October through March.

Specialised Covers: Are you happy your Specialised Covers cover has performed as promised and done the job?
Kim: Very happy indeed. The cover fits like a glove. When removed, the paintwork is a clean as the day the cover went on.

Specialised Covers: Are you happy with how the product looks when in use?
Kim: Yes, because it fits correctly, there is no need for any addition unsightly straps etc to tie it down.

Specialised Covers: Do you think Specialised Covers does anything particularly well, or is there anything that stands out for you?
Kim: Very easy to deal with, good concise easy to follow instructions and attention to detail, i.e. extra material if needed, sponge to cover the awning channels, I may have to look a car cover for my classic car!

Specialised Covers: And last question, is there anything you'd like to add? 
Kim: Our next door neighbours are keen caravanners are very impressed with the cover. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Specialised Covers.
