Our bespoke, tailored products are delivered worldwide, and customer feedback comes from all over the globe. We're absolutely delighted that our Trust Pilot score is 9.4 out of 10, with 81% of our customers rating us as 'Excellent', and 11% as 'Great'.
At each each stage of manufacture, we email customers with an update, so they know how their order is progressing and when delivery can be expected.
We're not saying we're perfect - who is! - but if and when mistakes or delays do happen, we endeavour to correct the issue, and work very hard to improve and ensure the problem doesn't happen again.
