At Specialised Covers we are considered the Savile Row tailors of the vehicle world, creating covers in the same method you would a bespoke suit. Over the years we have developed and introduce new processes and methods to support achieving the right fit and function for our client protection needs.
If you can’t find your vehicle, motorhome or caravan displayed in our product pages, we would be more than happy to arrange a patterning appointment. Bespoke Tailoring Service guide cost £499
The ultimate in tailoring, two of our designers will travel to your location to measure and create the pattern for the vehicle, caravan, or kitchen using cloth patterning methods as in Savile Row suits, alternatively we can also Proliner the vehicle to create a 3D scan. The team can discuss with you onsite design options and fabric requirements ensuring you receive the perfect protective cover.
This service is available within a 200-mile radius of our facility. Â A surcharge may apply for additional travel beyond this range, this will be confirmed via quote before booking.
In some cases, overnight stays may be necessary, but we will aim to schedule multiple measurements in the area to minimise additional costs and full payment is required before our team can schedules a visit.

If a 3D CAD model is available for your vehicle, we can purchase it and create a 2D pattern. This option includes the cost of the CAD model and our design time to surface the item and create the 2D cut file pattern with your design requirements incorporated. This bespoke service allows you to customise the cover and accentuate areas of your specific vehicle creating a truly unique cover.
Guide cost £349.00
Due to the highly bespoke nature of Motorhomes we need to measure or Pro liner every model to ensure the perfect fit. This is done onsite at our factory in West Yorkshire and can take 2-3 hours to complete the initial measurements. We will then create a 3D model and 2D cut file to create your custom fitting cover, incorporating any additional opening or specifications you may have.
Factory Patterning Service
Bring your vehicle or product to our facility in West Yorkshire, and our expert team will take precise measurements. You can wait on site with us and have a coffee and tour whilst you wait. Depending on the vehicle cover requirements we will either take a cloth pattern or create our own 3D model.
Customer Provided Dimensions Free Service
If coming to us is not an option on certain products you can supply your own measurements using our guidelines. We will supply dimension sheets with guides when required and can create custom sheets for more unique products. However, we cannot be held responsible for any issues with fit, and any necessary adjustments will be charged accordingly.
