From reflective windscreen covers to FIA-compliant Parc Fermé lockable covers, our expertly crafted products ensure vehicles, parts, and tools are protected in any environment. With customisation options including logos, materials, and colours, we work directly with teams to create covers that combine performance, protection, and style.

Outdoor Covers

Our outdoor car covers are tailor-made to suit any vehicle and purpose, whether for transport between racedays or overnight protection in any weather conditions. We consult with the team and select the best fabric for each cover, ensuring optimal protection based on the vehicle’s requirements and usage. Outdoor covers can be made from breathable, waterproof, and UV-stable materials, these covers can be customised with colours, sponsor logos, and branding. They feature straps for secure attachment, and extra zips, and Velcro flaps can be added for easy access to the vehicle even while covered.

Indoor Covers

Our indoor car covers can be customised to support your garage protection needs with your team colours and logos to create a unique . The covers offer protection from both damage and prying eyes to keep your car details secret until you want them out on the track. The cover can be used whilst the vehicles are being transported in car transporters to ensure dust and dirt doesn’t go on the car and parts.

How We Do It

OUR TRADITIONAL METHOD

Cloth patterning

Our signature tailored aesthetic originated from the meticulous process of draping cloth over vehicles, marking features like handles and arches to guide cutting and design teams for a flawless fit. This labour-intensive technique, refined through years of skill and dedication, remains a valuable tradition that we are committed to preserving. While we maintain an extensive archive of over 1,000 patterns, the constant emergence of new vehicles ensures the ongoing need for creating fresh designs.

The 3D team

The incorporation of 3D elements has streamlined our design process, enabling a seamless workflow that fine-tunes every aspect of our bespoke services. By blending traditional craftsmanship with modern technology and 3D design capabilities, Specialised Covers stays at the forefront of precision, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Our initial patterns were created by draping cloth over vehicles, shaped with precision through pinning and sculpting. This method involved marking cloth panels with vehicle features – handles, outlines, arches – guiding our cutting and design teams for an impeccable fit.

Our signature tailored aesthetic emerged from this labour-intensive technique, a result of years of honing skill and knowledge. This skill, while sought-after, is a challenge to find and cultivate, a testament to its value. We remain dedicated to this tradition, preserving a fitting legacy.

We now hold a huge archive if over 1000 cloth patterns however new vehicles continually emerge, necessitating new pattern creation.

Our body protection covers shield a vehicle’s interior and exterior during maintenance, preventing knocks and scratches. Made with a choice of non-slip, padded materials, they can be tailored to any part or section of the car, ensuring reliable protection while mechanics work efficiently.

Driving Covers

Our driving covers are designed to protect a vehicle’s paintwork during testing and shakedown stages. Tailor-made to fit each car, these covers securely attach to the vehicle, shielding it from potential damage, keeping it in top condition throughout testing sessions.

Our Part Transport Covers are tailor-made for specific parts, such as spare doors, wings, and spoilers, ensuring each component is preserved during transit. Fully customisable with logos, our padded Velcrotex material offers reliable protection and a professional look while keeping your parts safe and secure throughout the journey.

Helmet Bags

Our helmet bags are designed to protect helmets during transport, using waterproof Velcrotex fabric and an 8mm foamback to prevent damage. Customisable with branding and colour options, they are tailor-made to fit the specific shape and size of each helmet.
