Using Bailey's CAD Data
Working closely with Bailey’s design team, we receive detailed CAD data for each new caravan model, allowing our in-house 3D specialists to create precise digital patterns before production begins. This streamlined process ensures every cover is engineered for an accurate, vehicle-specific fit, providing excellent protection while complementing the design of each caravan.
Every Bailey product manufactured by Specialised Covers is designed and produced at our facility in West Yorkshire. By keeping the entire process under one roof, from digital pattern development and material cutting through to sewing, quality control and dispatch, we maintain complete control over product quality and consistency. Our experienced production team combines modern manufacturing technology with decades of craftsmanship to ensure every product meets the high standards expected by both Bailey Caravans and their customers.
Products Developed for Bailey & Prima Leisure
Our partnership with Bailey extends beyond towing covers, with Specialised Covers developing a growing range of tailor-made accessories for both Bailey Caravans and Prima Leisure. Each product is designed using Bailey’s supplied CAD data, enabling us to create accessories that fit accurately without compromising the caravan’s design or functionality.
Alongside our tailored towing covers, we manufacture products including caravan storage covers, wheel covers, A-frame covers and other protective accessories supplied through Prima Leisure.
