All our covers have washing label instructions sewn in the front of them, however our outdoor trailer covers should not be washed in a washing machine. We simply recommend washing the cover with warm water and a sponge whilst it is still on trailer / horse box and allowed to dry on the vehicle. This only needs to be done when there is an excessive build up of dirt on the cover.
All outdoor storage covers come with matching storage bag so that your cover can be stored when not in use.
We only offer a fitting service from our HQ located in Shipley, West Yorkshire. We offer this service to ensure the best customer experience. We would love to have you on site to show you how to fit the tent and make sure you’re using it to its best. We will also run through how to store the tent correctly maintaining the best health for the roof tent.
We offer a 2 year warranty covering, material and components. This does not cover general wear and tear. Damage that is caused by improper use, including cleaning or storage will not be covered. We offer protective covers for the roof tent that are designed for long term storage. Please reach out to us for more information regarding this.
Warranty work will only apply to the original customer.
No, the cover has not been designed to be left on for storage purposes. Water and dirt can quite easily travel down the back of the cover and if left on over time could damage the front windows.
The tailored Windscreen Covers take around 5 minutes to fit. We wanted to design them with ease and speed of fitting whilst having the most secure tailored fit. See our steps below on how to fit the cover.
- Begin by unzipping both zips on either side of the screen cover
- Open the driver’s side door and match the wing mirror to the pocket and then hook the corner of the screenwrap over the corner of the door, ensuring the extra tab is inside the door also.
- Shut the driver’s side door to secure this side in place.
- Place the central section of the cover over the windscreen
- Open the passenger side door and match the wing mirror to the pocket and hook the corner of the screenwrap over the corner of the door, ensuring the extra tab is inside the door also.
- Shut the passenger side door to secure this side in place.
- Zip up both zips, on either side to pull the cover tight.
- Place the bottom of the cover under the windscreen wipes to hold this section in place.
