For International Women’s Day, we’re proud to recognise and celebrate the many talented women who contribute to the success of Specialised Covers. From the workshop floor to design, customer support, and leadership, women across the business play a vital role in delivering the quality, innovation, and service our customers rely on.

As a company, we’re fortunate to be a predominantly women-led team. Many key areas of the business are guided by experienced female leadership, including our Managing Director, Commercial leadership, Production management, Design teams, and Customer services. Their expertise and commitment help shape the direction of the business while supporting the high standards of craftsmanship we’re known for.

Behind every cover we produce is a team effort. From developing precise patterns and working with specialist materials to cutting, sewing, and supporting customers, the skills and dedication of our team are what make our products possible. The contributions of the women within our business are an important part of that story and something we’re incredibly proud of.
