Option One:

Plain Reveals

Sometimes the cover itself shouldn’t compete with what’s underneath. A plain reveal, clean, elegant, draped perfectly over the vehicle, lets the car do all the talking. The reveal moment is still theatre. The cover is simply the curtain.

Our plain launch reveal covers are made from a polyester sateen fabric that mimics the look and feel of true silk, dense enough to be fully non-transparent, smooth enough to drape beautifully around a vehicle’s contours, and light enough to be pulled away cleanly in a single movement.

Standard stock colours are black, silver, white, navy, green and red. These are available with the shortest lead times and suit everything from a quiet dealership handover to a formal brand event where the presentation needs to be polished without being loud.

For colours outside the standard range, Pantone and colour-matched fabric can be sourced to order, subject to minimum quantities.

Option Two:

Flag Panel Reveals — The Craft Piece

This is where it gets interesting. Our flag reveal covers aren’t printed. They’re constructed, sewn together from individual fabric panels, each cut and joined with precision to create the flag design across the full surface of the cover. The Union Jack. The Italian tricolour. The German flag. The Stars and Stripes. Any flag that means something to the car underneath.

The result is something a print simply can’t replicate. The seams, the weight, the texture of separate fabric panels coming together — it has a quality and a physical presence that makes the reveal cover itself a thing worth looking at, not just something that hides the vehicle until the right moment.

Option Three:

Custom Printed Reveals

For full brand expression, corporate livery, manufacturer graphics, model-specific artwork, event theming, we also offer custom printed reveal covers, where your artwork is applied directly to the fabric.

This option suits events agencies, automotive PR teams and brand launches where the cover needs to carry specific design assets: logos, typography, colour-accurate brand schemes or full illustrated artwork. A printed reveal cover at a brand launch turns the cover itself into a media moment, something that photographs and films beautifully and extends the brand presence through every image taken before the reveal happens.

Size, Lead Time and Production

Our standard sizes run from small through to extra large — up to 6m x 10m — covering everything from a compact hatchback to a large 4×4 or SUV. For larger applications our fabric comes in 150cm widths and we simply keep adding panels until we reach the size required. A statue, a super truck, a boat — nothing has been too large yet.

Standard lead time is 3–4 weeks. For events with tighter deadlines, we offer a fast-track service. We’re experienced at working with events agencies and brand teams who are running to a specific date, and we’ll always be straight with you about what’s achievable in the time available.

All covers are manufactured at our UK facility. For a product where there is genuinely no margin for late delivery or poor finish, that matters.
