JOSCAR (the Joint Supply Chain Accreditation Register), operated by Hellios, is a centralised supplier registration system used by many prime contractors and major organisations within the defence industry. It allows suppliers to complete a single, comprehensive set of company, compliance and capability information, which can then be securely shared with multiple customers.
