The Swift Basecamp Elite is specifically crafted to seamlessly fit the Basecamp range utilising our 6mm thick foam back body armour material.
While a full towing cover is not feasible for Basecamp models due to the absence of front awning channels, this cover serves as an excellent alternative as it effectively protects the front window.
Fit
Designed to wrap snugly around the front window, the cover is then secured & tensioned from the inside for a tight fit. The Basecamp window is then shut to lock the cover in place.
Customisable
The Basecamp Elite is available in either Black or Grey and comes with the Specialised covers logo as standard. Â However it can be customised with the Basecamp, Swift or a Custom logo at an additional cost.
Light & Versatile
Each of our covers come complete with their own Storage Bag. The cover packs away for easy storing and only weighs a total of 1.4kg.
Product Information
Basecamp Elite Fabric
The Basecamp Elite Fabric is 6mm foam backed Body Armour available in black and grey. The super strong fabric will absorb heavy impact from stones and most things that you can throw at it. The outer is a waterproof PVC layer whilst the inner is a very soft, thick foam.
Basecamp Elite Fixings
The Basecamp Elite is secured on the inside of the caravan with tension straps. The cover is fitted with the window open to allow you to thread the straps trough and then wrap the side sections round the edges of the window which is then shut to secure the cover.
Colour Options
The Basecamp Elite comes in two colour options; Black or Grey. Simply select your preferred colour when configuring your cover.
Compact Storage
The Basecamp Elite comes complete with its own storage bag allowing you to fold the cover and store it away when not in use. Please ensure the cover is dry before placing back in its bag.
Stone Chip Protection
It is inevitable that when driving on the roads that grit and stones will be flicked up on to the front of your caravan. One of the major benefits of the Basecamp Elite cover is that it will give you protection against stone chips or cracks on your windows.
Easy Fitting
The Basecamp Elite can be fitted by one person, simply open the window on the caravan, slide the cover on, secure the straps and sides and then shut and secure the cover from the inside of the caravan.
Custom Logo Options
The Basecamp Elite comes with the Specialised Covers logo as standard or alternatively, we can offer the Swift or Basecamp logo (30cm wide) or a fully custom Logo (40cm wide). Choose your option when configuring your cover.
