The Tow Pro Infinity is a tailored towing protector, like the Tow Pro + but is extended to the height of the caravan to cover the infinity front window. The Tow Pro Infinity comes with Grab Handle and Locker box access, as standard. The central section of the cover is available in 4 colours; navy, green, black and grey and the sides sections can be black or grey.

You can also add a custom or manufacturers logo but all cover come with a Specialised Covers logo as standard

The Tow Pro Infinity weighs approximately 2kg when packed in its storage bag.

This cover does require you to ensure the top section is tensioned and to do this you will need at least a 3 step ladder. You will need to reach around a foot into the caravan to adjust the tension straps. If you are unsure please watch the fitting video for more details.

Tow Pro Infinity covers are available for 2019 caravan onwards; for any caravans pre 2012 there is our universal Tow Pro Lite which is available from here

Please note that the Tow Pro Infinity should not be used as a storage cover and should always be fitted to a clean van, before each journey.

Product Details

Extended height
The main difference with the Tow Pro Infinity is that it now extends up and over the Infinity window, the extension finishes where the window stops so will be different on each caravan.
Top securing strap
As the Tow Pro Infinity is extended we have added tension straps to the top on either side. These must be tightened up evenly to reduce the fabric moved on the top of the caravan. The air flow will also hold the cover down during transit.

Available in different colours
The Tow Pro Infinity is available in a number of colour ways. The centre can be navy, green, black or grey and the shoulders can be black or grey. Select your colours from the drop downs when ordering.
TPI Locker box access
As standard the Tow Pro Infinity has access to the locker box allowing you to open the front section of the cover with out having to remove it. This feature does not appear on the Bailey versions as the locker box is accessed from the side.
TPI Grab Handle access
As standard the Tow Pro Infinity has access to the grab handles allowing you to manoeuvre the caravan with out having to remove the cover each time. The openings are a zip section that sits over the handle location allowing you to put your hand in the cover when opened.
Tow Pro Infinity
The Tow Pro infinity will completely cover any infinity window you may have on your caravan. We have extended the full cover up the awning channels and stopped where the window stops. The fitting is the same as the rest of the Towing cover range.
TPI Digital patterns
Using the awning channels of your caravan and some clever design work, the Tow Pro Infinity is in one full piece and fits perfectly to the front of your caravan. Working from 3D models and digital designs ensure the covers fit every time.
Stormshield + Fabric
The fabric we use is a waterproof and breathable fabric which is fleece backed and designed to withstand small stone chips and dirt from impacting on your caravan. The cover is made in the standard black and grey colours to ensure it looks good on your caravan during transit.
Stormshield + Waterproof and Breathable
Our Stormshield + fabric is both waterproof and breathable which offers full protection to your car from the external elements without allowing it to “sweat” under the cover. Our Stormshield + cover has the right balance between being waterproof and being breathable.
Tow Pro Stone Chip Protection
One of the major benefit of the towing cover is that it will give you protection against stone chips on both your paint work and windows. It is inevitable that when driving on the roads that grit and stones will be flicked up on to the front of your caravan

Delivery

Standard delivery from order, including manufacture, takes approximately 4 weeks depending on the time of year. Please see each individual product page for seasonal changes. Your estimated dispatch date is shown on the confirmation email sent to you, at the time of order.

Please be aware if your cover is being shipped to outside the UK you will be responsible for paying the customs duty yourself via the courier. Your courier will confirm the value with you once the cover has been received please consider this before placing your order.

For reference our Outdoor covers manufactured from a non woven fabric is covered by the commodity code 6307909820 which is subject to a 6% Tax plus the country of entries VAT %. If your mobile number has been provided, the courier will send an automated text, to you, with an hour delivery slot on your delivery day. This also gives you the option to rearrange your delivery for another day.

5 WORKING DAYS FAST TRACK

This service is available online and through our Sales Office at the additional cost of £75. Delivery constitutes dispatch of your order within 5 working days from the date of order when placed before noon on any working day. Orders after that will be placed on the system the following day and the dispatch date calculated from then. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed on the following Monday so an expected dispatch will be calculated from that date.

WEEKEND DELIVERY

Weekend Delivery is available at an additional cost of £25 and constitutes a Saturday or Sunday, following the relevant delivery period. Either day can be specified if required, and requested by phone or in 'additional information' at point of order. If not, the delivery day will be confirmed by the courier.

Here at Specialised Covers we do our best to ensure customers are satisfied with the products they purchase and any faults on our part are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Due to the nature of the products we sell and manufacture at Specialised Covers Ltd we have 2 returns policy dependent on whether the goods are made to order or stock items. RETURNS POLICY - NON TAILORED COVERS / GOODS:

14 DAYS RETURN POLICY:

In the unlikely event of you wishing to return an item to us, please ensure that you send items back via Recorded Delivery. This will ensure that you have proof of postage and can also obtain proof of delivery.

If for whatever reason you do not like an item when it arrives, or it is damaged in transit, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it and we will issue a refund or replacement (provided that no personalisation has been carried out). Note however, that costs of return will not be refunded.

All unwanted goods and items shall be returned to Specialised Covers Ltd, Returns Department, Riverdale House, Dockfield Road, Shipley, West Yorkshire, BD17 7AD at the purchaser’s own expense. No ‘Postage and Packing’ costs, of any kind, will be included in the refund price of the returned good/s or item/s.

Items that go missing in the post will not be considered to have been returned to Specialised Covers Ltd. Safe delivery of returned goods is the full responsibility of the sender, and any such lost items will need to be claimed for by the sender. Specialised Covers will take no responsibility for items that go missing whilst in transit. For this reason we advise that all returning items are given full postal insurance.

Please note that all items returned should be posted to our main address - as shown above and on our Contact Us page. A full refund or exchange will be given provided that the items have not been damaged or used and returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Please also enclose a copy of your invoice together with details as to why you are returning your order and how you wish to have the matter resolved.

Items with defects of material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our discretion as covered under the manufacturers warranty.

Please be aware, all good and items that are ‘Handmade To Order', ‘Made to Order’, ‘Tailor Made’, ‘Tailor made to the individual’ ‘Bespoke’ or any other term that indicates that an item has been specifically, or specially, made for the purchaser is hereby known as ‘Bespoke’ and cannot be returned to us for a refund. (Please see ‘Distance Selling Act’ for your statutory rights).

We reserve the right to offer a refund up to the total full value of the item purchased. Any refunds offered will not include any ‘Postage and Packing’ cost that have been incurred by either party.

Should any 'Bespoke' goods, or items, be returned to us without prior agreement in writing (i.e. by email or Letter) it will be the purchasers full responsibility to make arrangements to have any such 'Bespoke' goods, or items, returned to them at their own expense. We will attempt to contact you via email upon receipt of any unsolicited returned ‘Bespoke’ goods, or items, with our intent. Unsolicited returned 'Bespoke' goods, or item, left unclaimed for more than 90-days shall be considered as abandoned by the purchaser and become the property of Specialised Covers.

As the majority of our items are made to order to customers requests and vehicles they are all unique. Whilst every effort will be made to emulate the product shown in the photographs variation is to be expected. This can include but is not limited to:

Please note all our goods are fully insured in transit to our customers and should an item get lost or damaged in transit we shall take care of it.

Repairs Policy

Unfortunately Specialised Covers are unable to offer a repairs policy. Used covers can damage our machinery and our facility has strict rules on cleanliness that a used cover would infringe. In the unlikely event that your cover does come into disrepair, you can contact a member of our team for advice. It may be possible to send fabric to repair your cover. All damage and repair work will be judged on a case by case basis and dealt with as necessary. Please contact our Customer service team to discuss your issues.

SPECIALISED COVERS WILL NOT ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING

1. Any customer personal feeling or subjective reason is not allowed for exchange or refund, based on the fact that the product is not perfectly suited to you or the end result does not meet your expectation.

2. Slight colour difference. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the apparels shown on our website. However, because the colours you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate.

3. The customer doesn’t like the colour or style, and wishes to change to another colour or style/pattern/design.

4. Customer carelessness of handling or opening the parcel e.g. damaging the item whilst opening with scissor or penknife and dirt due to dirty hands.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

How will the heat effect my cover ?

Due to increasing temperatures in the UK we can no longer guarantee the fabrics performance if left on in temperatures exceeding 25 degrees celsius. The ambient air temperature is not reflected in the cover temperature as these will be significantly higher if left in direct sunlight and can be almost double that of the air temperature. With towing covers the movement of the air over the caravan when in transit will help to regulate the temperature and will be fit for purpose when used outside the UK. The issue may arise when left on for storage which the towing covers are not designed for. Therefore please note covers should be removed to prevent damage to the cover fabric which will reduce the covers life span if the temperatures are above 25 degrees celsius . Higher UV stable fabrics are available on request and incur additional costs per cover. If a cover has been left out in extreme temperatures it will not be covered under its warranty and can be tested to confirm heat damage has occurred.

What are the Tow Pro covers made of?

The majority of the cover is made from our Stormshield + fabric which we use for our outdoor car covers. It is waterproof and breathable with a fleecy backing. The Elite cover is a unique material which is a 5mm foam with vinyl finish, this give you the ultimate in protection and is the same material we use for driving covers for Ferrari, Aston Martin and Bentley.

How do the Tow Pros secure to the caravan?

All of our tailored Tow Pro's use the awning channel as the main point to secure too. Unfortunately, if your caravan has only one awning channel there currently is not a Tow Pro that is suitable for your caravan. The covers are held in place by their own tension and secured in various places depending on the model of Tow Pro.

Will my caravan lights be visible?

On the tailored Tow Pros, yes. We have made an allowance for the caravans running lights by inserting perspex windows into the covers. However any additional lights for example LED grab handles will not be visible as they are purely there for decorative purpose. On the Tow Pro Lite we have built in perspex holders that take our push bottom LED lights.

Can I leave my Tow Pro on for storage?

No, the cover has not been designed to be left on for storage purposes. Water and dirt can quite easily travel down the back of the cover and if left on over time could damage the front of your caravan.

Will the cover create additional drag when towing?

We do not believe that the cover will cause any additional drag as it is laid smooth against the body work of the caravan. However we have no technical data or testing to support this claim either way.

How easy are the Tow Pros to fit?

The tailored Tow Pros can take under a minute as they simply slide up the awning channels and are secured in seconds. This was a very conscious part of the design as we were aware that customers ease and speed of fitting was very high up the priority list, when choosing the product. There is also a full height zip on the off side of the cover which allows it to be fitted by one person. The Tow Pro Lite does take longer to fit especially on the first fitting as the cover does require adjusting to the specific caravan it's on. Subsequent fittings are a lot quicker and can be done within 5 minutes.

Does the front of the caravan need to be clean before fitting the cover?

Yes, as any grit or dirt that is between the cover and the caravan can cause abrasions with movement. The front of the caravan can be wet when fitting but not dirty.

Why do I need a towing cover?

There are numerous reasons and benefits to having a towing cover. The main ones are that it protects both your paintwork and windows from cracks and chips, this in turn maintains your caravans value and means you are not having to deal with repairs. You will also arrive at you destination with a clean caravan so no need to start cleaning your caravan as soon as you arrive trying to remove mud and bugs.

How far does the cover come up the front of the caravan?

The Tow Pro, the + and the Elite will cover 90% of the front of your caravan finishing under the gutter line and just above the main front window. However the Tow Pro Infinity and Infinity Elite extend further up onto the roof line, covering the front and panoramic window completely.

Does the cover come up over my panoramic window?

Yes, the Tow Pro Infinity and the Tow Pro Infinity Elite do cover the full panoramic window, we have extended the curve of the cover and added securing tabs at the top to ensure the cover is tight over the roof.

What is the average delivery time on Tow Pros?

Depending on the time of year, we are approximately 4 weeks on delivery of the tailored Tow Pros. This can fluctuate between 3-8 weeks depending on demand. This is due to the nature of the product design and our commitment to quality,
