Sewing Machinist required for immediate start in a full-time permanent role.

We’re looking for an experienced Sewing Machinist to join our production team. You’ll work on Walking Foot, Flat Bed, Lapping, PLK or Heat Sealer machines, ensuring product quality while meeting production targets. The role involves following instructions accurately and contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8am – 6.15pm

Salary: Reviewable depending on experience

Customer Service Assistant required for immediate start in a full-time permanent role.

We’re looking for a confident, organised Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Specialised Covers. You’ll handle customer enquiries by phone, email, and live chat, process orders accurately, provide product advice, and support with returns, complaints and general admin. The role also includes managing Preloved/eBay listings, sending sample swatches, and liaising with Design and Production to keep non-standard orders on track.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, accurate data-entry ability, good problem-solving skills, and a positive, “can do” attitude. Experience working with databases or in a customer-facing role is beneficial. Must be professional, adaptable, and able to handle challenging conversations confidently.

Hours: Full-time or Part-time available

Web Developer required for immediate start in a full-time permanent role.

We’re looking for a hands-on Web Developer to join our in-house digital team. You’ll maintain and develop our WordPress + WooCommerce website, customise themes, manage plugins, build landing pages, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimise site performance across all devices. You’ll also support marketing campaigns, product launches, and content updates to enhance the online customer experience.
